Wafula Oguttu, the former Parliament leader of Opposition has told KCCA Minister, Betty Kamya she is Museveni’s ‘bootlicker’ out to malign FDC party which groomed her.

Ogutu was answering back recent remarks against Dr. Kizza Besigye made by the NRM new entrant while talking to online news Chimpreports.

“Incidentally in 2010 that woman got shs 4bn from that man [Museveni] she is bootlicking  to fight Besigye and FDC during the 2011 general elections. How many MPs did she bring to Parliament?” Oguttu asked.

Beti Kamya in an interview with ChimpReports Tuesday said Dr. Besigye selfishly spent Shs 10bn on himself alone in the last general elections instead of investing part of the money in securing big numbers in Parliament.

In a response to this allegations, Oguttu angrilly said:

“Where did Besigye get shs10bn from? Candidate Besigye and FDC  spent a total of about shs 2bn, half of it came from Uganda taxpayers,”

He said the whole FDC spent only 2bns in the entire elections

He explained that in April 2015 Electoral Commission released Shs 10bn for the 6 political parties represented in Parliament then. NRM got Shs 8.2bn while FDC got Shs 1.14bn and the rest shared the balance depending on their numerical strength in Parliament.

Oguttu further accused Kamya of taking money from Museveni during the 2011 elections to fight Dr. Besigye.

Back in 2011 as leader of just formed Uganda Federal Allience, Betty Kamya got 4bn to fight and disorganise FDC especially in Buganda.

Oguttu said besides that too much money then UFA did not sent any member to Parliament yet Kamya now directly uses Musevenis  money to fight FDC on whose ticket she represented Rubaga North (2006-2011)
